* 71% of Londoners who voted, voted for the pro-war Labour and Conservative parties.

* with a city turnout of 58.2%, 41.3% of all Londoners explicitly endorsed the war and endorsed continued government / backbench policy towards occupation of iraq and support for american foreign policy in the middle east -the cause of al-Qaeda's defensive jihad.

* 41.8% of Londoners didn't vote. not voting in these circumstances is implicitly pro-war because it isn't explicitly anti-war.

* 83.1% of Londoners therefore authorised other people to attack them and their neighbours.

* 16.9% of Londoners did not make this decision.

* 16.9% of 2 minutes = 20 seconds.
